Your call will be answered by a member of our team who will ask you for some basic details such as your name, phone number, and what you’re calling about.
If an attorney is available, you may be able to speak to them immediately.
If an attorney is unavailable, we will immediately send a message to the attorney who will return your call as soon as possible.
Even if we don’t take your case, our attorneys are always happy to talk to you and help point you in the right direction.
If you’re calling about a car crash, you’ll be asked when and where the accident took place as well as how it happened and whether you had to go to the hospital.
In some cases, we may go ahead and schedule an intake which is just a time for you to meet with the attorney and discuss the details of your case with you.
What to expect at your new client intake at the Beard Law Firm:
You should bring your photo ID, insurance cards, and any documents you may have pertaining to your case.
You’ll be greeted by a member of our team who will make copies of your photo ID and insurance card, as well as any paperwork you brought with you.
You’ll sit down with the attorney who will go over the details of your case.
The attorney will explain our new client contract to you and then have you sign it, agreeing to allow The Beard Law Firm to be your legal representative.
You will receive a copy of your contract and instructions on how to proceed and what to expect moving forward.
